THERAPY: INDIVIDUAL, COUPLES, FAMILY

Individual and family therapy consists of a therapeutic relationship between a therapist and an individual or family members. Evidence-based practices and interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Motivational Interviewing are the most commonly used. Sessions vary in frequency and duration depending on the needs of the client and the type of session. Telehealth and in-office sessions are available. Telehealth counseling offers the flexibility to receive therapy from the comfort of your home while still offering confidentiality and support!
